Displacement Sensors

Sensors and pressure switches for hydraulic applications

In recent years, there has been an enormous growth in the hydraulic industry. The industry's demand for customer-specific solutions, which has also increased, is also driving product development at Inelta. Based on the standard hydraulic LVDT and pressure switches from the company's portfolio, high-quality OEM special products are created, adapted to the most diverse requirements of hydraulic applications. Some of the components can withstand pressures up to 400bar and pressure peaks up to 1200bar. Mechanical adaptations for coupling to hydraulic valves, the conversion of different output signals and bus systems as well as application-specific calibrations are evidence of the interdisciplinary know-how in the company.

Training

Concentrated technical know-how for new colleagues

Internal training at Inelta in Taufkirchen: Last October, our technical specialists provided basic information on sensor technology with a focus on LVDT displacement sensors, force sensors and pressure switches as part of an internal training course. In addition to the functionalities of the different sensors, the various application possibilities and industries were also discussed. The core competence of Inelta - the development of customer-specific sensor solutions - received special attention.

Innovative LVDT sensor for reliable monitoring of bridge statics

In recent years, the number of bridges in urgent need of rehabilitation has increased worldwide. In addition to unexpected material fatigue or undercutting of foundations, the reasons for this are often found in overloading due to increasing traffic and inadequate monitoring of structural statics. Against this background, Inelta has developed an extremely compact and robust LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer) displacement sensor for long-term monitoring of bridge statics, which reliably detects even the smallest displacements at critical load points.

Certificate

Inelta successfully recertified according to DIN ISO 9001-2015

Quality is our top priority!
Consistent quality assurance guarantees the long lifespan and high reliability of our products. Our company group has been developing and producing according to the quality criteria of DIN ISO 9001 regulations for many years. We are pleased about the renewed recertification and with it the confirmation of our high quality standards, with which we daily strive for the improvement and further development of our wide product range.

Measurement Amplifier

Extremely compact and powerful

The new strain gauges signal conditioner with integrated OLED display offers an extremely compact and high performance solution for signal amplification and control of measured values in strain gauge force sensors. With its small dimensions of only 54 x 30 x 17 mm, the amplifier/display unit is one of the smallest and handiest devices in its class. In addition, the Inelta product is characterized by a very economical price/performance ratio.

Radio Module

Access measurement data at any time and any place

With the new SDT-3G radio module, measured values can be read easily and practically by remote monitoring. The radio module is compatible with all Inelta and PiL sensors. The measurement data can be sent directly to the control center or to the smartphone for continuous monitoring. In this way, various logistics problems can be solved, the safety monitoring of bridge and railway switch positions can be optimized or signals from distribution flaps can be read out over long distances without laying cables.
